We recognize that the responsibility of change doesn’t fall on just one entity; it is up to our entire community to collectively make a lasting impact. Action Teams are made up of passionate and driven individuals who want to collaborate to make positive change, and each Team was created to address an issue that was identified by the community. Teams meet regularly to move the needle on their identified strategies.
