As a Team UP Collaborative Partner, you have the ability to participate in the Collective Impact Process to collaboratively address the challenges facing children, youth, and families in our community.

Collaborative Partners participate in Team UP Action Teams and Steering Committees, build and strengthen partnerships across the community, and create shared measurement systems to sew individual efforts into community level change.
