2023 Colorado Income Tax Credits

Child Care Contribution
Tax Credit

The Colorado Child Care Tax Credit allows a 50% tax credit up to $100,000. It was created in 1998 and is available to taxpayers who contribute to child care, early childhood education, foster care, youth shelters, residential treatment centers, before and after-school programming, and grant programs to help families afford child care.

To take advantage of of this tax credit, visit our Donation Page, designate your gift to one or more of the above organizations (minimum donation of $250 per organization), and UWSWC will send you the tax form in plenty of time to file your 2023 taxes!

Enterprise Zone
Tax Credit

The Colorado Enterprise Zone (EZ) Tax Credit lets our donors take advantage of a 25% tax credit for gifts to qualifying Community Partner organizations.

UWSWC is proud to offer this tax credit to our donors through our following Community Partners:

To take advantage of of this tax credit, visit our Donation Page, designate your gift to the above organizations (minimum donation of $250 per organization), and the gifted non-profit will contact you to complete your tax credit in time to file your 2023 taxes.
